A simple arcade game can be ready for Play Store in 3-6 weeks. Projects with more complex mechanics take 2-4 months. The main factors are the game concept, art, and audio requirements.

All IP, source code, signing keys, and Play Store publishing rights belong to the client. During development, the git repo is kept on the client account, and full ownership is transferred upon delivery.
